Your delivery is generally scheduled for the next business day time that you place your order. But it may delay for 2-3 working days depending on the amount of orders we receive every day. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
For items with complex design, album making, printing on materials may delay more in delivery as per the complexity of the work.

Our delivery partner will contact you again thru call/ SMS/ WhatsApp on business and reschedule the delivery. If they are not able to reach you after multiple attempts, they will transfer the case to our customer service department for further follow-up
NO, Store Pick Up option is not available
Deliveries are subjected to delays if information is incomplete/incorrect. Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash reimbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever. We reserve the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
